Individual Nutrition Consult - Devil Dome, Ardennes (Not ABCP)

Improve eating habits and behaviors working with Registered Dietitian to support your health and performance.

Optimize nutrition prior to physically and mentally challenging endeavors such as Ranger School or SF Selection and fully support the nutrition needs of additional training and recovery upon return.

Receive nutrition therapy for concussion, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, food allergy, heat illness, pre-diabetes, gestational diabetes, injury recovery, etc.

InBody770 - Body Composition Analysis - Devil Dome, Ardennes

Body Composition Analysis using InBody770. Uniform is APFU. 10-20 minutes per person. At the Devil Dome.

Must adhere to following test protocol:
-Hydrate the day before
-Avoid alcohol or caffeine 24 hours prior to testing
-Avoid exercising 6-12 hours prior to testing
-Do not eat 3-4 hours prior to testing
-Avoid using lotion or ointment on your hands and feet
-Use the bathroom prior to testing
-If you will be menstruating during the time you scheduled your appointment, the results may inaccurate
-Come to your appointment in APFU clothing (you will be asked to remove shoes, socks, jewelry, and belts)

ABCP Devil Adapt - Body Composition Workshop

Devil Adapt is H2F’s body composition optimization program for Paratroopers are flagged for exceeding body composition standards (ABCP) or those that are at-risk and interested in preventing excess fat mass gain. The program features small group workshops with a Devil H2F Registered Dietitian covering nutrition fundamentals and behaviors that support natural fat metabolism and sustainable fat loss, while preserving muscle mass and optimizing hydration.

The Enrollment Workshop features the AR 600-9 nutrition counseling and a comprehensive intake form to evaluate the need for other H2F services.
